Wonderful Cagliari!

Choose your guided tour in Cagliari: the old town, green walks and and historical attractions

Choose your tour

For many years, Cagliari has always been a quick stop-over during a longer staying in Sardinia. We’d like to show you the city in all of its beauty, sharing a guided visit of Cagliari, worthy of the many attractions and history it boasts.

Cagliari is where Sardinia history’s most important events started: from the foundation by the Punics, to the II War World passing through the Spanish colonies and the Pisan domination.

The city is located on 11 little hills, among which the fortress of Castello, symbol of ancient times and noble heritage, where you can still pay a visit to some of the most distinctive monuments of Cagliari.

You may also want to climb the stairs of the medieval towers or visit the cathedral, but we’ll let you in a wide crypts and galleries network which spreads under the city for miles and miles.

You’ll discover the undisputed charm of the old quarters walking along the sunny and windy cobble-stoned streets of Castello, where aristocratic buildings pop up to whisper ancient stories and city legends.

You may want to experience a short urban trekking, starting from the beach of Calamosca to the Sella del Diavolo’s heights or plunge yourself in the colorful and noisy alleys of Marina, the neighbour where you can find – with our good advice – the best restaurants and taste the yummiest dishes of the typical local cooking.

You will enjoy your final part of the guided tour discovering the Parco di Molentargius, an oasis nestled the city centre, where pink flamingos live undisturbed. It’s easy to see them flying over your heads on summer, at sunset, from Molentargius to the Santa Gilla Lagoon.
